Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American producer stage and screen actress, best recognized for her roles in films on the film Ray Undercover Brother and on the television series The Mentalist. She has a Bachelor's degree in African-American Studies and an MFA from the Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. In 1995 she was the first actress to make her debut on stage in The Tempest as Ariel. On Broadway, she has appeared in Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Seeking the Genesis and Joe Turner's Come and Gone. In her film career, she is best known for her performances in films like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express and The Help. Her role on television in ABC's police drama series High Incident has earned her praises.
