Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell (nee Robertson; born March 27 1970. Height 5' 9 is an American actress, best known for her roles in the role of Dr. Juliet Burke on ABC's show Lost as well as FBI agent Erica Evans on V. She has starred such films like The Santa Clause 2 The Santa Clause. The Escape Clause and Gia. Mitchell appear on Eric Kripke's TV show Revolution that airs on NBC. The stepfather of Mitchell Joseph Day Mitchell and mother Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins) are attorneys based in Dallas. Mitchell and her mother moved to Dallas Texas in 1970 where she got married by her father Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell was an undergraduate at Booker T. Washington High School in Dallas, Texas. It's a public Magnet school. Mitchell is the older sister of three siblings, along with Kristina Kristie Mitchell and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In 1991, she graduated from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and furthering her studies in the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for a period of six years at Dallas Theater Center and a time in the Encore Theater.
